All our tours and packages are charged in advance. After confirming your reservation, we will send an invoice by e-mail, payable either by a bank wire or by credit or debit card. Card payments are made through our partner Stripe, which is a market leader in safe internet payments. We accept all major cards.
Our tours in Åland have free cancellation included. That means you can cancel your purchase without any fees until 3 days before departure, with a 100% refund of the entire purchase - no questions asked. During these times it might be difficult to predict restrictions in travel and that's why we want to let all our customers reserve worry-free.
For tours starting in Turku, we offer free cancellation and full refunds for cancellations until 7 days before departure.
For groups larger than 9 persons free cancellation is included until 7 days before departure.
Changes or cancellations have to be done through ÅLAND.travel by e-mail. We'll answer as soon as possible.
If you decide to not travel and neglect to inform ÅLAND.travel you will be charged the full amount with no refund. Even if you cancel at last minute before traveling, we might be able to arrange a partial refund for you if you inform us.
Many of our tours include a ferry trip to Åland. In order to book your tickets we will ask for information on names, birth dates and nationality of all tour participants. This is a requirement from the shipping companies. Passengers also need to bring ID to board the ships.
